All OGI WebKit Node Kits are sold as custom hardware bundles and are subject to the terms below.
Due to the modular and DIY nature of the OGI WebKit kits, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. These units are shipped with all components verified and tested prior to delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. All units are shipped with appropriate carrier insurance, and we will assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Each unit is shipped with verified working components, tested at time of packaging. Buyers are responsible for proper assembly, deployment, and maintenance of their units.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for user errors, assembly issues, buyer’s remorse, or any other reason not covered by insured shipping claims.
